With more than 30 years of service in the Anne Arundel State’s Attorney’s Office and in state government, Robin Rickard has a deep commitment to addressing addiction and mental health challenges.
As an Assistant State’s Attorney, she prosecuted numerous cases, but it was during her time working in the felony drug unit and drug court that ignited her passion for helping those with substance use disorder. Appointed by then-Governor Larry Hogan to lead the Maryland Opioid Operational Command Center, she deepened her dedication to this cause.
Now, as the Chief Executive Officer of Chrysalis House, she continues to advocate for those in need. Robin’s legal background equips her with a unique perspective that enables her to make a meaningful impact in the critical, but often overlooked area of helping women who are trying to build better lives for themselves and their children.
