Debra has been with Chrysalis House Inc. for 18 years. She is currently stationed at our main campus in Crownsville, MD and is The Chief Residential Officer. Debra was the founding Program Director of Chrysalis House Healthy Start (CHHS) in 2007 and oversaw all aspects of the program. CHHS is a CARF accredited program for pregnant and parenting women with one child under the age of three. The program in Baltimore City is a recognized model for the integration of treatment services and parent training.
Debra brings over 37 years of treatment services as a clinician, program analyst, and administrator in both public and private sectors. Debra earned an undergraduate degree in Sociology from UMBC and holds a Master’s Degree in Community Mental Health from Trinity College of Vermont. Debra’s professional journey is founded in her dedication to services that are supportive and empowering of individuals in need.
